Product Overview
TIME3221 handheld roughness meter is a stylus surface roughness measuring instrument. It is suitable for production sites, laboratories, and metrology rooms. It can measure the surface roughness of various machined parts, calculate the corresponding parameters according to the selected measurement conditions, and clearly display all measurement parameters and contour graphics on the LCD display.
Functional features
1. The separate structure of the sensor and the host is conducive to the stable contact between the sensor and the measured surface;
2. The dot matrix LCD screen, with a resolution of 320X480, can delicately display the entire roughness curve;
3. The vertical range is adjustable in two gears of ±50μm and ±200μm; the vertical range is 400um, and the range is increased, which is conducive to the measurement of concave and convex surfaces;
4. At full range, the system resolution is 8 nanometers; the roughness curve measurement is more realistic, and the calculation of each parameter is more accurate;
5. Digital modulation and demodulation , improve the instrument's measurement accuracy and anti-interference performance;
6. Display the position of the stylus;
7. Three calibration methods are adjustable: average value, peak-to-valley value, and peak-to-peak distance;
8. All parameters can be set with upper and lower limit alarms;
9. The starting position C of the profile section can be customized to meet the requirements of honing roughness measurement;
10. In one measurement, the parameters of the entire ISOR family and the parameters of the entire profile P family can be calculated and displayed;
11. Powerful PC host software processing function (optional)
12. 10 groups of data can be stored randomly.
13. Standard RS232 serial interface and USB interface, connected to the Times TA230 printer, can print parameters, profile graphics, support rate curves, and amplitude distribution curves.
