The aluminum alloy heat treatment furnace temperature tracker can work and use in harsh environments with high temperatures. It is mainly used for temperature curve testing of the heat treatment process of aluminum alloys.
The heat treatment furnace temperature tracker consists of a high-temperature temperature recorder and an insulation box. Before entering the furnace, the measurement value step time and other parameters are set by computer programming, and then the high-temperature temperature recorder is installed in an insulation box with refractory fiber insulation, connected to a thermocouple and then enters the heat treatment furnace. It moves from the inlet to the outlet of the solid solution furnace, enters the water quenching, and then enters the aging furnace. After leaving the furnace, the computer calls out the recorded data, and the data is processed and printed out using special software.
